I have been an educator for almost a decade, and if there’s one thing students have taught me, it’s that there’s always something to get excited about.

Life is hard; truly hurtful and grueling things happen to us and around us, but that shouldn't take away your permanent ability to feel joy. You deserve to wake up and experience new morning mercies. Fresh water to the soul. I’m on a mission to build momentum in your life so that you can remember that feeling that makes your heart leap!

When I’m not coaching, I’m the Dean of High School in Park Circle, a whimsical and walkable gem of a neighborhood right outside Charleston, South Carolina. I have a Master’s degree in Executive Leadership, and I’m a certified Coach through Go and Tell Gals. I have a small pup and love to walk the beach and sing as loud as possible while driving around town. I grew up between Texas and Tennessee, moved to Hawai’i after college, and found myself prayerfully in Charleston in the summer of 2020.
